Buyer’s Agent Services
We can perform a pre-offer appraisal or the appraisal to meet a
contractual appraisal contingency. In many cases we can also do the
valuation for the mortgage loan. If so, we will modify the appraisal
to meet the lender’s requirements, and charge less because we have
just appraised it.
Financing Appraisals
We can do the appraisal for most any type of financing. Have the
lender call us and mention your name. We will put a rush on the
assignment.
