QUALIFICATIONS OF DAVID A. BRAUN, MAI, SRA
Tennessee State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser

PRESENT WORK:
I have been actively engaged in real estate appraisal, review, and consulting since 1976. In this period, assignments have been performed throughout East Tennessee for numerous clients. The properties have ranged from vacant land, single family, condominiums, multi-family, developmental, and commercial.

I am an approved Appraisal Institute Instructor. I have been certified by the Appraisal Foundation to teach the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. I have developed and teach appraisal continuing education seminars. I have recently made several presentations for the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council to examiners on appraisal subjects.

PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION MEMBERSHIP AND DESIGNATION:
I am currently a member of the Appraisal Institute (AI). I have twice served as President of the local chapter of the Society of Real Estate Appraisers. I have served the following positions for the Greater Tennessee Chapter of the AI:
     1. Director
     2. Chair of the Experience Credit Committee for SRA candidates
     3. Chair of the Membership Committee

I served on the National Instructor Subcommittee from 2001-2003. I was presented the Roscoe Jackson Award in 2000 and 2001 by the Greater Tennessee Chapter. This award is given for “strong character and leadership”. I was presented the William S. Latimore, Jr., Award in 2004 by the Greater Tennessee Chapter. This award is presented for “a significant or unique contribution to the Chapter through active participation in its activities, and who in his or her career has made an outstanding contribution to the realization of goals of the Chapter. “

EDUCATION:
I have earned both the MAI and SRA designations. At this time, I have met the continuing education requirements under the Appraisal Institute. I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a major in Corporate Finance, from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. I have completed twelve hours in Personal Management at the University of Tennessee Graduate School. Other education includes the following: several Savings and Loan related courses, sponsored by the Institute of Financial Education, courses required to obtain a Realtor’s sales and broker’s license in the state of Tennessee. Also, I have met the necessary requirements to receive the Senior Residential Appraiser designation (SRA), and the Member Appraisal Institute (MAI) from the Appraisal Institute.

QUALIFICATIONS OF ROBERT D. BURKE
State Licensed Real Estate Appraiser

BACKGROUND AND PRESENT WORK
I am originally from Greenville, MS, where I was self employed as a cotton buyer for 20+ years. I moved to Blount County in 1994 and have been actively engaged in real estate valuation since 1997 covering Blount and surrounding counties. I also have past experience in banking, mortgage banking and real estate sales. My appraisal assignments include single family residential, condominiums, vacant lots and acreage (excluding land development). In addition to banks and mortgage companies, my clients include Individuals - buyers and sellers of homes needing assistance in establishing a sales price, CPA's (estate settlements for tax purposes) and Attorneys (property division due to divorce).

CIVIC AND OTHER
I am currently a member of the Maryville Kiwanis Club and have been an active Kiwanian for 30 years having served several terms on its board of directors. I also served as a board member of the Greenville Golf and Country Club, the Greenville Crime Stoppers, and member on the Knoxville Board of Realtors.

State Licensed Real Estate Appraiser

BACKGROUND AND PRESENT WORK:
I am a native of Blount County and have been actively engaged and involved in appraising in the East Tennessee area for 17 years. I have performed various assignments for lending institutes covering several counties. I have had extensive experience in the appraising of single family homes for the secondary market, relocation, vacant land, condominiums, and REO properties.

CIVIC AND OTHER:
I have been involved with community and church activities and am currently a member of the Maryville Kiwanis Club.

EDUCATION:
I have a business degree from Knoxville Business College and have continued to take courses designed to enhance my understanding of the appraising profession. At this time, I have met my continuing education requirements for my license.

QUALIFICATIONS OF H. A. (TONY) GREGG

BACKGROUND AND PRESENT WORK:
I have been active in the real estate field since 1980 with concentration in the appraisal of real estate since 1983. I have done appraisals in numerous counties in East Tennessee for a wide variety of clients on properties of multi-family, single family, vacant land, and condominiums.

QUALIFICATIONS OF CREIGHTON R. CROSS

BACKGROUND AND PRESENT WORK:
I am originally from Oneida, TN, located about 60 miles northwest of Knoxville. This area is known for the Big South Fork State Park. I graduated from Oneida High School in 1999, where I then attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. While at the University of Tennessee, I met my beautiful wife Abby Cross, a native of the Knoxville area. We were married in January of 2006, and have a beautiful daughter named Carson Elizabeth, along with two adopted dogs, Cotton and Buddy.

I am actively engaged in the appraisal of commercial real estate throughout most of Middle and East Tennessee. I am currently working in all property types as a fee appraiser for Braun & Associates Inc. located in Maryville, TN. I received my Certified General License in April 2008, after working as a trainee since January of 2005, under the supervision of David A. Braun, MAI, SRA. Throughout my training I completed or helped to complete over 9,000 hours of commercial real estate appraisal assignments throughout this area including, but not limited to; Subdivision Developments, Retail Properties, Office Properties, Convenience Stores, Industrial Properties, Multi-Family, Large and Small Acreage Properties.

PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION MEMBERSHIP:
I am currently an active member of the Appraisal Institute (AI). The Appraisal Institute is a distinguished, global membership association of professional real estate appraisers, with approximately 23,000 members worldwide. The Appraisal Institute is considered by many the leading residential and commercial real estate appraisal education provider in the world. I am an active member in the local East Tennessee Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.

EDUCATION:
I have successfully completed 220 hours of required appraisal classes and I have received by Certified General License in the State of Tennessee. Along with the required education I have completed over 60 hours of continuing education and seminars covering specialty property types and USPAP. In May 2005, I earned by Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. I am currently pursuing a (MAI-Member, Appraisal Institute designation).
